		<description>Heya - If I understand you correctly, you can actually do what you're suggesting straight out of the box with Wordpress, although it's not immediately obvious.

Every category has it's own feed - so if you're interested in the "&lt;a href="http://synapsechronicles.com/category/carboneconomy/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Carbon economy&lt;/a&gt;" category on my blog, you just append "/feed" to the end of the URL - so you end up with:
http://synapsechronicles.com/category/carboneconomy/feed

That's an RSS feed of just that category. Unfortunately, most Wordpress themes don't expose this via the UI.</description>
